Shaun Ginter is the Immediate Past President of the Northeast Regional Urgent Care Association (NERUCA). He continues to serve on the NERUCA Board, bringing an operator’s perspective to governance, education, and industry collaboration. His broader service includes board roles with the Urgent Care Association (UCA) (formerly UCAOA), SERUCA, Urgent Care Centers of New England, Inc., Urgent Care Assurance Company, Solantic LLC, US Mobile Health Exams, and Regiment Health Holdings, as well as membership in the National Association of Corporate Directors. He advocates for high standards, accreditation, and sustainable growth across the urgent care ecosystem.

A seasoned leader in the healthcare services industry, Mr. Ginter has led multi-state, multi-site urgent care organizations through growth, accreditation, and operational optimization. As CEO of CareSpot, he propelled the company as a leading provider of on-demand, high-quality, affordable neighborhood healthcare in Florida, operating 46 urgent care clinics (both wholly owned and joint ventures). Previously, as CEO of CareWell Urgent Care, he helped establish CareWell as a regional leader in New England, building a network of UCAOA-accredited centers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and laying groundwork for continued expansion. His executive roles also include CEO of US Mobile Health Exams, CEO of Blue Medical Supply, and COO of Solantic Walk-In Urgent Care.

Mr. Ginter earned his BSBA and MBA from the University of Phoenix (Woodland Hills, CA) and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
