Breaking Down Operational Silos: Creating an Interoperable Urgent Care
Description:
Urgent care operators consistently hit a barrier in reaching their maximum potential for success, and it has to do with how their people work together. Functional silos between operations, medical leadership, revenue cycle management, business development, and executives prevent urgent care operators from reaching their goals and fostering a thriving culture. Functional silos have an untold revenue, performance, and cognitive expense on urgent care businesses.
In this webinar you’ll learn:
- The data behind why operating in silos harms revenue, performance, and people
- Strategies to break down silos harmoniously and create a culture of cross functional collaboration
- A change management case study of how a real urgent care leader broke down silos in their business and the business outcomes they achieved
