Ryan Sadlier is a Senior Operator at CareWell Urgent Care, which merged with ClearChoiceMD in 2021, and is now managed by Emergence Health Holdings. Ryan’s role is to partner overseeing the operations of 40 centers in five of the New England states. Residing in Rhode Island, he has been able to strengthen relationships with strategic hospital partners, build rapport with local politicians, drive successful licensure through the state of Massachusetts, and lead the organization through multiple successful UCA reaccreditation surveys.
Mr. Sadlier’s history involves 14 years of leadership roles in healthcare, retail, and construction management. Ryan also currently sits on multiple hospital committees, leads a joint venture relationship as well as works as a liaison for UMass Memorial Hospital.
