Dr. Kulin is one of the founding members and past president of NERUCA. He is a current Board member of Urgent care Assurance Company and a former Board member of the Urgent Care Association of America.
He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has been involved in Urgent Care Medicine since 1993. Dr. Kulin has recently been recognized as one of the first four Fellows of the College of Urgent Care Medicine.
