Celina Frost, RT(R) ARRT, serves as a Board Member of the North East Regional Urgent Care Association (NERUCA), where she brings frontline expertise in clinical compliance, radiology operations, and workforce development to the organization’s education and advocacy efforts. In her NERUCA role, she is focused on advancing equitable, sustainable implementation of Limited X-ray Machine Operator (LXMO) legislation to expand access to diagnostic imaging while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Drawing on her experience developing and leading LXMO apprenticeship programs, Ms. Frost aims to share practical, real-world insights that address workforce shortages, particularly in rural and underserved communities. She is especially interested in collaborating with fellow NERUCA leaders on initiatives that promote knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and thoughtful regulatory approaches that support workforce sustainability and equitable access to imaging services.

Ms. Frost is the Director of Clinical Compliance and Radiology at ConvenientMD Urgent Care, where she has spent more than a decade supporting high-quality, compliant imaging services across a growing urgent care network. A Registered Radiologic Technologist for 15 years, she is currently in her 11th year with ConvenientMD.

For the past five years, Ms. Frost has led the development, implementation, and oversight of successful LXMO apprenticeship programs in New Hampshire and Maine, establishing compliant and sustainable workforce pipelines that support both operational growth and high clinical standards. With recent legislation advancing in Massachusetts, she is actively working to replicate this model and expand access to imaging services in additional states. Her work has helped reduce barriers to care, prevent unnecessary patient transfers, and ensure essential diagnostic services remain available despite staffing challenges.

Ms. Frost is a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT[R]) with extensive experience in radiology compliance, clinical operations, and regulatory implementation within urgent care settings. Her career has been defined by a focus on practical solutions that balance patient safety, regulatory integrity, and workforce sustainability.

Outside of work, Ms. Frost is a competitive equestrian alongside her daughter, and they spend much of their time at the barn and traveling to shows throughout the Northeast. In the winter, she enjoys skiing, or occasionally escaping to an island for some well-earned rest and relaxation. She lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and their two children.
