The Northeast Regional Urgent Care Association has rebuilt NERUCA.org from the ground up. The redesigned site pulls the association's most useful tools — legislative tracking, state-by-state advocacy, member training, resources, and events — into one clear, fast experience built for the people who run urgent care.

Whether you own a single center or oversee a multi-site system, the new site is designed to answer two questions quickly: what is happening in the statehouses that affects urgent care, and how can your organization take part. Here is everything the redesigned website gives you.

Track Urgent Care Legislation Across Nine Northeast States

The heart of the new site is the NERUCA Bill Tracker, a single place to follow urgent care legislation across nine Northeast states. Instead of checking nine separate legislature websites, you can see the bills NERUCA is watching — and where each one stands — from one page. Dedicated pages cover Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Explore an Interactive Map

An interactive map anchors the State Updates section. Select a state to see its current advocacy status at a glance, then open its page for the bills and analysis behind it.

Follow Specific Bills

For each tracked bill you can see the bill number, its title, the current status, and the last official action — so you always know whether something is in committee, advancing, or stalled. States with active legislation, such as New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, list their key bills with the latest available status.

Go Directly to Official Sources

Every tracked bill links out to its official page on the state legislature's website, so you can read the full text and history at the source. Legislative status data is provided by LegiScan, and that attribution travels with the data wherever it appears.

Stay Current

Bill statuses are updated daily using information from official state legislative sources, so the tracker reflects the latest available legislative status rather than a snapshot frozen in time. When a bill moves, the Bill Tracker moves with it.

Find Advocacy Updates for Your State

Tracking a bill is only half the story. The State Updates pages add NERUCA's own read on what each development means for urgent care centers on the ground — the context you will not get from a raw bill summary. Start with your state, from Massachusetts to New Jersey, and check back as the session develops.

Access Training and Resources Through the Member Portal

The NERUCA Member Portal brings member benefits together behind a single sign-in. Once logged in, members can reach training modules for clinical, clerical, and leadership staff; a resource library of clinical guidelines and operational tools; member-only advocacy alerts and event materials; progress tracking across completed modules; and downloadable certificates. Not a member yet? Become a NERUCA Member to unlock portal access.

See Upcoming NERUCA Events

From annual conferences to policy webinars, the redesigned site makes it easier to see what is coming up and register. Browse NERUCA events to find the next conference, webinar, or briefing and add it to your calendar.

Experience a Faster, Clearer Website

The rebuild is not just about new features. The site is faster, easier to navigate, and built to work as well on a phone between patients as on a desktop. Clearer menus, responsive layouts, and lighter pages mean you spend less time hunting and more time getting what you came for.

Join, Sponsor, or Stay Informed

There are several ways to get involved. Urgent care organizations can Become a NERUCA Member to add their voice to the coalition and unlock the portal. Industry partners can Become a Sponsor to support the work and reach the region's urgent care leaders. And anyone can Contact NERUCA with a question or subscribe to the Northeast policy brief to stay on top of what is moving across the nine states.

Explore the New NERUCA.org

The best way to understand the redesigned site is to use it. Open the Bill Tracker to see where urgent care legislation stands this session, read the State Updates for your area, and explore what NERUCA membership offers. The new NERUCA.org is built to grow with the coalition — and this is just the start.
