Sarah Alasya currently serves on NERUCA’s Board of Directors as Chair of the Strategic Partners Committee, where she leads efforts to cultivate partnerships with corporate entities and professional organizations, develop funding strategies, and enhance collaboration within the urgent care industry. Through her leadership, the committee works to provide NERUCA members with valuable resources, innovative solutions, and industry expertise while strengthening vendor relationships and driving growth opportunities for urgent care centers. Ms. Alasya is passionate about being a resource for urgent care organizations nationwide, actively learning about the challenges industry leaders face to be the best partner, advocate, and vendor. She believes vendors play a critical role in urgent care success and strives to strengthen these relationships to better understand market needs and maximize the impact of strategic partnerships. She is especially inspired by how urgent care leaders have united through NERUCA for the greater good, working together to advance the industry and improve healthcare access.

Ms. Alasya brings over 13 years of healthcare experience in acute and non-acute markets. As Director of Corporate Accounts at Medline Industries, a leading manufacturer of medical supplies, she collaborates with urgent care owners, C-suite executives, and clinical staff nationwide to implement solutions that reduce costs, improve clinic standardization, and optimize inventory management. Ms. Alasya also works closely with over 200 Medline Physician Office Sales Reps across the country, helping urgent care centers of all sizes overcome supply chain inefficiencies and operational challenges. With 12 years at Medline, previously serving as Territory Manager and Division Manager, Ms. Alasya has built extensive expertise in strategic partnerships and medical supply distribution. She remains a dedicated resource for NERUCA members, assisting them in navigating the demands of the evolving urgent care industry.

She earned a B.B.A in Marketing and Management & Strategic Leadership from Ohio University. Ms. Alasya is passionate about dog rescue, where she volunteers in her spare time. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her husband, family, and fur babies.
